My research focussed mostly on wine oxidation, wine phenolics and sulphur compounds in wine. As part of this research novel analyses methods for wine metabolites and sensory analyses of wines are also developed.

MSc, PhD in Oenology at Stellenbosch University. Currently Professor in Oenology.
